Robert J. Garrison

August 8, 1941 - January 16, 2022

Robert J. Garrison, 80, of Toms River NJ, passed away January 16, 2022, surrounded by his loving family at his home. Born in Jersey City, on August 8, 1941, to the late Charles and Teresa Garrison. Robert and his beloved wife, Lois, moved to Toms River, to raise their family where he worked as a member of the Teamsters, as well as worked at Community Medical Center as a Security Guard. Predeceased by the love of his life, Lois, his parents, Charles and Teresa, as well as his two brothers William and Charles. Surviving is his beloved children: Bobby, Michele, Michael, and daughter-in-law Carmen. His cherished grandchildren: Allissa, Nicholas, and his wife Samantha, Kaitlyn, Hayley, Kimberly, Kyle (Currently Serving in the US Navy), Alana, Cole, and Sophia; and his adored great-grandchildren Johnathon, Amiya, Kyleigh, Mackenzie, Blake, and Sienna. In addition to his dear sisters Diane Garrison, Alice DeAngelo, brother-in-law Louis DeAngelo, sister-in-law Mary Lou Garrison, sister-in-law Dottie Cocca, many nieces, nephews, and friends. Visiting will be Wednesday, January 19, 2022, from 5:00-8:00, and Thursday, January 20, 2022, at 11:00 to follow by Entombment at Ocean County Memorial Park.
