Gail Edith Sempier

July 21, 1949 - February 12, 2022

Gail Edith Sempier, 72 of Freehold NJ passed away peacefully and quietly while surrounded by family and friends telling their funniest stories of her. Gail is survived by her Daughter Summer Bardia and her Son Aash Bardia his wife Barbara Bardia and their Children and Grandchild Gabe, Alisha, her son, Gail’s Great Grandson Ayden. Gail’s older Sister Judy Leva and Older Brother Len Sempier. Gail Sempier was part of the graduating class of ’67 from Bloomfield High School. From there she went to Rider University and received a teaching degree and was part of the class of ’70. She was then married in 1973 and had two children. She used her teaching degree and became a teacher’s assistant at her children’s school. In 97’ she attended Chubb Institute and received a computer tech degree. She put both her degrees to work and taught computers in the Jersey City School system to disabled children. In 2001 she moved to the Jersey Shore where she became an award-winning realtor. She retired 2021 From Ridge Realty. Gail was truly an angel on earth. She treated all with respect and had such a wonderful and generous heart. She would go out of her way to help and give to all including her passion for rescuing cats. She made all children feel equally loved, comfortable and showed unparalleled compassion. She nurtured everyone and gave lasting impressions that people still talk about even years after they have seen her. For all those who knew her she left an everlasting want to be one’s better self. Gail had suffered from a cancer diagnosis in 2003 and fought the disease for close to 20 years. She never stopped working, never complained, and never stopped singing and dancing. She would always smile and make sure those around her felt safe. Even though she had two children, many looked to her as a mother. Gail’s sense of humor was sweet, pure and sometimes dirty. Her strength, resilience and laughter till the end will never be forgotten. Forever in our heart, our thoughts and in our lives. You will always be loved, never forgotten till our very end.
