Frank V. Evans Sr., 90 years old, passed away on Monday, March 21, 2022 at his home in Jackson. Born in South Hill, Virginia. Frank lived in East Orange and Red Bank before moving to Jackson in 1979. He worked as a supervisor for Rogangela Construction Company Inc. in Cliffwood, NJ. He is predeceased by his wife Barbara Evans in November of 2010 and daughter Beverly Evans. Surviving are his son Frank Evans Jr.; daughter Jennifer Johnson; brother Herbert Evans; 2 sisters Addie and Gloria; 6 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren; and 1 great great granddaughter. Cremation will be private.
